A new Multi-Regional Input–Output substrate version was registered to support reproducible allocation runs. The intent is to ensure that future allocation outputs bind explicitly to a named substrate identity rather than to an implicit or undocumented model state.
This is a methodological update only. No attribution results were altered in this release because no new allocation run is introduced in the prototype.
